Halloween is a special time of year for queers everywhere, and we especially love to celebrate at QFT by showcasing one of our favorite cinema tropes: Movie Monsters! Whether you're a Vampire fan, a Slasher stan, a Mummy lover or a Babadork, we invite you to kick off your Samhain season in the company of queers. Together, we'll honor the campy, the queer-coded and the misunderstood products of society's rejection of "the monstrous" who hold a special place in our hearts and in our collective queer sub-conscious.
So join us at the Highball for some drinks and some laughs (and maybe even some candy) as our film "professors" share their favorite monster movie memories and how they learned how to overcome their fear of the dark.
Doors open at 7pm.
Show starts at 7:30pm.
Totally free and open to everyone.
