Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, yoga postures, and Ayurvedic-inspired practices, this workshop invites you to cultivate inner safety, presence, and joy, while reconnecting to your senses in a meaningful way.
Led by Ash, this inclusive experience offers practical tools you can return to again and again.
