Check out a variety of movement & mindfulness sessions to get you to express yourself freely and connect.. Forge new friendships in a vibrant queer-owned Rhizome Roots Studio.

Come solo or partnered. No prior experience needed. Bring a clean pair of shoes for inside studio please.
