Participants can look forward to a holistic journey merging mindfulness techniques with astrology insights. Engage in mindfulness exercises to anchor yourself in the present moment while delving into the world of astrology, exploring zodiac signs, dispelling myths, learning about lunar effects, and culminating the experience with a rejuvenating sound bath session. Bio:
Alex Castro specializes in serving the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a much-needed safe space for transformation and connection within a group often underrepresented in the mindfulness sphere. Through LGBTQMindfulness, Alex leads a mindfulness movement aimed at enhancing mental wellness and facilitating deep self-connection within the LGBTQIA+ community. Certified as a meditation and mindfulness instructor by The Path and a Yoga Instructor by Yoga Flow (San Francisco) and Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School (India), Alex's commitment to creating nurturing environments for authentic self-exploration shines through her International LGBTQIA+ Retreats and authentic relating facilitation. Passionate about empowering the LGBTQIA+ community, Alex Castro continues to pave the way for personal transformation through mindfulness.
Bex Mui, M. Ed, (she/her) is a queer witch, energy worker, and DEI consultant committed to the work of LGBTQ+ affirmation. Bex draws on her biracial, Chinese & Polish, first-and third-generation roots in her spiritual practices and offerings. In 2021, Bex founded House Of Our Queer (https://www.houseofourqueer.com/), committed to the spiritual health well-being of the LGBTIA+ community.
Danyelle Caruthers, ASW, MPA, (she/her) is a Black|Queer|Femme tarot reader and psychotherapist working to support folx on their journeys of holistic transformation. As a cartomancer, healer, and diviner, she draws from ancestral traditions, including Hoodoo, Catholicism, and sacred holidays to serve her communities.
