Queens Wellness Satellite Office

Co-hosted by Comfort Circle MFT, this satellite office will provide resources on integrative wellness, such as mental health counseling, physical fitness, and nutrition wellness.

The Cancer Services Program of Queens will also be present to provide education, outreach, and access to no-cost breast, cervical, and colon cancer screenings for eligible uninsured individuals. If you’re 45+, uninsured, and a Queens resident, you may be eligible to receive a free FIT kit – a take-home test for colon cancer screening.
