Taste the origins of civilization as you sample cuisines and beverages across cultures, eating and drinking your way through the fascinating history of beer and bread. Learn about the numerous inventions and related discoveries from the fertile crescent to rich Ohio River Valley, with a spotlight on the role that Cincinnati has played in the modern history of beer and bread.
