All ruins will be first LOS blocking
All terrain will be TO placed, but players will be allowed to adjust the terrain based on the deployment map.
Paint judging will accure during lunch of day 1 and day 2.
While the store is locked at night, there will still be patrons in the store so store models overnight at your own risk.
All model conversions need to be approved by the TO prior to the event. Any model not approved will be removed from play for the duration of the tournament.
You are expected to be polite and civil with not only your opponents, but all attendees and staff as well. We are here to have fun. If you are causing a disturbance you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
No alcohol is allowed to be consumed inside the store or the parking. If you are seen consuming any alcohol you will be asked to leave immediately. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Chess Clock Rules – Abbreviated
Chess clocks will be used on every table.
Only a JUDGE may pause the clock once the players agree tobegin.
Always verbalize your intentions with the clock.
Each player is responsible for their time.
Start the chess clock when round time begins.
You may pass the time, during your turn, to your opponent if an action or inaction is preventing you from continuing your turn (example:
Saving throws); your opponent will pass the time back after they have completed those actions.
If both players’ time is below 5 minutes, do not start a new battle round.
If a player runs out of time, they may only make saving throws. They may not perform attacks, movement, or voluntary actions. In
addition, if a player is short on time and declines to melee attack a unit it is in close combat with, the opponent will decide the outcome of the fight.
Players should always be tracking each other’s scores and verbalizing it to each other. However, for chess clock purposes, scoring will be
completed during the movement phase of their opponent (On the top of the player’s clock and while they are moving.)
