This retreat is not about throwing away your worker bee.
And it’s not about playing dress-up as a Queen.
It’s about honouring both energies — and recognising when each is healthy, and when it tips into exhaustion or distortion.
✨ The Queen Bee knows her nectar. She magnetises. She holds the hive without hustling. But when she over-controls or over-proves, she loses herself.
✨ The Worker Bee is rhythm and devotion. She gathers, gives, and weaves the hive together. But when she overworks or chases approval, she burns out.
Together, they create life.
Together, they keep the hive alive.
And so do we.

We’ll begin the day in the beautiful Barthkapel — held by stillness, breath, and quiet grace. A space to soften into presence, intention, and reverence.
Rebecca will weave her angelic voice and singing bowls into this sacred space.
Then we’ll move into the forest — into body, voice, and wild nature. From holy to whole, from sacred to soul.
