Met ‘Quatuor pour la fin du temps’ presenteert het Brusselse ensemble Het Collectief een van de opvallendste werken uit de 20ste eeuwse kamermuziek. Olivier Messiaen schreef dit apocalyptische visioen in 1941 in het krijgsgevangenenkamp Stalag VIII-A in Silezië.
