Quarterly Marketing Strategy & Planning Workshop

Why this workshop exists

Most business owners didn’t start their business to become marketers. But marketing still needs to happen.

The problem?

It often feels hard, inconsistent, or stuck at the bottom of the to-do list.

This isn’t just a content day. In this half-day workshop, we’ll step back, look at the bigger picture of your business, and then turn it into a focused 90-day plan you can stick to.

What you’ll do on the day

- Review your offers, sales, and what’s actually working

- Choose one clear focus for the quarter (no more flip-flopping)

- Set sales goals and simple marketing KPIs that make sense for your business

- Map your campaigns and content ideas into a 90-day roadmap

- Leave with your top 3 commitments and a first action to start momentum

Prework (required)

To get the most from the workshop, you’ll complete 30 minutes of guided prework beforehand. This will help you bring:

- Your numbers (last quarter’s sales and your income goal)

- Your audience info (email list size, socials, website traffic)

- A quick list of your current offers

You don’t need spreadsheets or perfect data, just enough to work with. That way you’ll arrive ready to plan, not guess.

The Package (recommended)

If you only want the plan, join the Workshop (£205).

But if you want to follow through and stick to it, upgrade to the Quarterly Package (£235 per quarter), which includes:

- The Strategy & Planning Workshop

- Two accountability sessions each month as part of Monday Marketing Club, one in person at &WURK and one online via Zoom

- A small WhatsApp group where you can share wins, wobbles, and what’s happening, and keep each other accountable

When & Where

Monday 29 September, arrival from 9.15am, workshop starts at 9.30am and finishes at 1.00pm &WURK, Bradford Road, Brighouse Brews and snacks are provided.

Please bring your own lunch if you are staying on for the afternoon Monday Marketing Club coworking.
