Quarterly CRE Meeting: Drive Less, Do More - METRO's Star Program

Each day, more than 50,000 Houstonians commute to work in the Energy Corridor, costing them time and money, and contributing to traffic delays and pollution. But what if coworkers could share a ride to work as easily as driving themselves?

That's the idea behind METRO's Star Vanpool program. With just five riders, METRO will provide a van for commuting together so none of the participants have to put mileage on their personal vehicles. Come learn more about the program at this quarter's CRE Stakeholder Meeting featuring Virlee Jackson from METRO.
