This empowering workshop is designed to help you stay aligned with your yearly intentions as life evolves and priorities shift.
In this interactive experience, you’ll explore simple yet effective strategies for reviewing your goals on a quarterly basis, so your intentions stay meaningful, grounded, and actionable. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and group discussion, you’ll gain clarity around what’s working, where growth is calling, and how to move forward with intention in the months ahead.
Whether you’re ready to realign with your original vision or celebrate how far you’ve come, this workshop offers a supportive space to reflect and reignite your journey.

Creative Intention Activity
We’ll be creating a Scrabble-style rack to visually connect with your Word of the Year.
• Already have a word? Beautiful—bring it with you.
• Need one? You’ll have time and guidance to choose the perfect word just for you.
Enjoy a variety of paint colors and materials as you craft an affirming piece to keep your intention front and center for the rest of the year.
