Welcome & Grounding
The session begins with introductions and a gentle grounding meditation to help you settle, relax, and create a safe, calm and supportive space.
Explore Energy, Intuition & Connection
You’ll be introduced to key concepts including energy awareness, intuition, channeling, and connecting with your guides through the quantum.
Supported Practical Exercises
You’ll take part in simple, guided exercises designed to build your confidence and experience step by step. These may include sensing energy, receiving impressions, and exploring trance and blending practices. Working in the red light for overshadowing experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to channel messages and guidance from your guides in a supported environment.
Group Sharing & Reflection
Working within a small, supportive group, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with like-minded people. Group discussion can help you gain a deeper understanding of what you experience and discover different perspectives.
There will also be time to reflect, ask questions, and explore how you can take what you’ve learned into your own practice.
Closing & Grounding
The session closes with a grounding practice, helping you reconnect with yourself and leave feeling calm, balanced, and supported.
The workshop is £50 for the workshop. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a packed lunch. I ask you arrive by 9.15 so we can settle in to start at 10 am. There be half an hour for lunch.
