Why It’s Powerful

The body keeps the score of every experience, stress, suppression, joy, love, grief, fear, and everything in between.
When we breathe consciously, we open a portal to release what’s been held, access higher states of awareness, and return to the wisdom of our soul.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket or light jacket (the body may cool as you release)
• Eye mask or small towel (optional for deeper inward focus)

Arrival

To honor the ceremony and everyone journeying with you:
Please arrive by 6:45 PM to allow time for parking, grounding, and settling in.
Doors close at 7:00 PM as we begin our sacred breathwork journey together.

Phoebecates Perez is a heart-centered practitioner certified in Somatic Breathwork and Rapid Transformational Therapy, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sound Healing, and a Trauma-informed background. She blends science and spirituality to guide others through transformative experiences that unite body, mind, and soul, creating safe spaces for profound healing and connection.
