Course Overview
Selling is never easy and time wasted trying to convince someone who is not going to buy can be depressing at times. The advice is about helping your team identify which customers are going to be the most useful purchases. A better set of characteristics to determine the good buyer from one who will not convert your time and resources is key to converting the usable purchase in a short matter of time!
How do you propose we build that into your workshop?
This is where we might instead seek accountability – either step-by-step sequencing – A and B of this, then C and D of that – as well as a more fully articulated schedule, complete with an agenda that gives participants information about what to expect throughout the day, and how you’ve organised learning towards stated goals. That feels further removed from ‘goals’ than simply… goals.

Checking for Budget and Authority
Here in the session where we’re going to use the tools they’ve already learned – is using horsepower for budgetting and pricing and then we look at who decides things in organisations.
Assessing Finance and Timing
You will be taught ‘to be here’ and your customers will make sure that you stay there – not too aware, but just aware enough in case you want to buy the product so much that you forget all the other things you need.
Validating Value
The sales rep help the buyer every time in providing a solution. These attendees will surely share their methods on how to produce something that is useful and beneficial to their prospects. Aside from that, participates will be given the accuracy on how much the value of the products/services are going to contribute. in terms of making choices. This session is to be conducted by two professional trainers from our management regarding saels marketing and those from the management team trainnes of the company. This session will involve giving out lectures and simulation.
Workshop Wrap-Up
At the end of the course, they’re given their own action plan including the learning opportunity, the facilitator who worked with them and the targets they’re trying to reach.
