• When: February 6–8
• Where: Hyatt Regency Wichita, 400 W Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202
• Program Fee: Early Bird $99 (ends 11/13/2025); Standard $129 (ends 1/8/2026); Late $159 (ends 2/6/2026)
• Room Rate: $310 per weekend (covers two nights; rooms sleep four). Hotel rooms can be purchased until 1/8/2026 and are not guaranteed starting 1/9/2026.
Important Registration Notes
• Each person (youth and adult) must pay the Program Fee.
• Groups also purchase housing according to their needs.
• Meals are not included.
• Rooming: When booking, account for attendee genders to determine the number of rooms needed. For special room requests email [email protected].

• Fridge in every room; microwave located at the end of the hall on every other floor.
• Complimentary parking and airport shuttle.
