Quadra Village Day is our exciting, annual community building celebration of our neighbourhood! Come out and meet your neighbours at this 100% free, family-friendly event on Saturday May 11th from 9:30am to 1:00pm. It all takes place on Kings between Dowler and Quadra.Come for the free pancake breakfast, snacks and coffee (available to all from 10:00am–11:00 am), and stay for live music and dance.
This year’s entertainment includes:
9:45am: Happy Drum Group
9:55am: Fiesta Latina
10:10am: Chinese Dance Victoria
10:25am: Drag Performances by Wander Lost, Miss Demeanour, Monstro City and Gay Jatsby.
11am: Oakes (band featuring members of Weak Patrol, the Colts and Dripping Fins)
11:52am: Bollywood Beats
12:07 pm: Sorry Disorder (band featuring members of the McGillicuddys)
Join in on the variety of fun activities that will be available all day, including:
Interactive Art
Plant potting and crafts
Henna and face paint
Haircuts
Inflatables
Dunk Tank
Obstacle Courses
Carnival Games
Kids Games

PS: We encourage people to travel to Quadra Village Day by bus, bike, car-pool and foot. Parking regulations are in-force on surrounding streets. Don’t forget a water bottle!
