QTBIPOC Pickleball Aurora Cup 2025

Join us fo our first ever tournament! This is a fun & friendly fundraiser to help us continue to provide safe, accessible, and joyous spaces for QTBIPOC pickleball players.

• This tournament is for everyone in the LGBTQIA2S+ community!
• Early registration and some accessible pricing for QTBIPOC players
  

🏆 Tournament Format

• Non-DUPR, round-robin style with a play-off round for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
• Teams of at least 2 players, with maximum 1 sub. Barring injury, sub may not play in final round.
• Each team plays minimum 5 games.
• First to 11 points (win by 2) with 20 min cap.

🎾 Skill Brackets

• 3 brackets: Beginner (2.5 – 3.0), Intermediate: (3.0 – 4.0), Advanced: (4.0+)
• Rating systems are available here: https://usapickleball.org/skill-level/. Ratings should average team members. Please play at your appropriate level--we want this to be focused on fun and not winning!

📝 Registration Details

• Each player must register individually and include their partner's/partners' names at checkout.
• You may also sign up as a free agent and we'll try our best to match you with someone in your bracket! (Note, unfortunately not a guarantee)
• Some accessible pricing for QTBIPOC players. For those who need more assistance, please contact us
• You can also sponsor accessible tickets for individuals, teams, or just generally donate to our fund at check-out.

👏 More info!

• We'll have limited snacks and water. Outside food is welcome, as well.
• Please bring your friends and family are encouraged to come cheer, hang out, and see you in action!
• We hope to have professional photographers to capture all your athletic glory!
• Please bring your spare pickleball equipment to donate to new players. This could be paddles, shoes, accessories, etc. As long as they're in good condition!
