Qryptids, Qreatures, and Queers: What Lurks at Night is an eerie spectacle that features burlesque, drag, and poetry.

Inspired by a queer horror anthology, this event reimagines what it means to be a monster—or to be “othered”—through a queer lens. Exploring the connections between cryptids, creatures, and queerness, performers will tap into their monstrous and outcast sides. Through unique performances blending drag, burlesque, and poetry, we’ll push against the tropes of queerness and celebrate what it means to be—and to love—a monster.

The event will take place at Duende on the bin floor on the second floor. The event is not accessible. There are no elevators, only stairs.

We will also have a few vendors selling their creations!
