Mrs. Nicoletti attended college at PennWest Edinboro before discovering her passion for marine wildlife. She now works as a Customer Service Manager for Manatee Sightseeing & Wildlife Adventures in Naples, Florida.

In her role, Alexis:

• Manages customer experiences for sightseeing tours and fishing charters
• Tracks weather patterns that impact boat operations
• Understands manatee life cycles and environmental factors
• Coordinates with boat captains
• Works within marine safety and law regulations
