Suicide is complicated and tragic, but it is often preventable. Knowing the warning signs for suicide and how to get help can help save lives. Learn about behaviors that may be a sign that someone is thinking about suicide. Not sure where to start? Participate in a training to learn more. Mosaic Counseling is offering FREE QPR Suicide Prevention Training at the Tri-Cities Family YMCA. The training is open to members and to the public. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required.
