Grab your lunch at the buffet in the Convention Center lobby then head down the hall to join us in the Sierra/Ventura rooms. Doors open at 12:30 PM and the Session begins at 1:00 PM. Coffee and dessert will be served in the room

Hosted by the IGLTA Intersectionality Subcommittee and sponsored by Miles Partnership, this session invites QPOC leaders, creators, and changemakers to share their stories, strategies, and lived experiences in shaping a more inclusive industry—from entrepreneurship to destination marketing, hospitality, and community spaces.

All are welcome.

This space is designed with intention to center the voices of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other QPOC individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you identify as QPOC, an ally, or someone seeking to learn—your presence is valued, and your listening matters.

Expect honest dialogue, personal storytelling, and collective visioning for what equity in LGBTQ+ travel truly looks like.
