Qigong for Vitality

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused intention to cultivate overall well-being. This "moving meditation" enhances vitality, reduces stress, and promotes inner peace by balancing energy centers naturally. Benefits include improved flexibility, reduced anxiety, enhanced mental clarity, a strengthened immune system, and a deeper connection to your energy field.

This practice will be taught by Cait Rainey, an experienced guide with over a decade of teaching experience, including intensive studies in China and Hawaii. This workshop offers a rejuvenating experience for both beginners and seasoned students. Cait infuses her practice with various somatic healing techniques to nurture the nervous system and expand body-mind awareness.
