We’ll begin with a guided Qigong flow—a moving meditation designed to harmonize energy and promote relaxation. Through slow, flowing motions and breath awareness, you’ll release tension and awaken your life force energy (Qi).

Then, settle into stillness as you are immersed in the resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and support deep rest and energetic alignment.
