Welcome to our QiGong + CoreDioFlex class! Join us at Left Coast Power Yoga for a rejuvenating session that combines the gentle movements of QiGong with the core-strengthening, cardio health and flexibility, deep relaxation benefits of CoreDioFlex.

CoreDioFlex combines exercises that help promote flexibility of the body and mind, while strengthening our muscles and core, even enhancing our relaxation sense of center of gravity. In the class, there will be combination of these techniques:

• Warm Up
• Body Tapping
• Organ Detox exercises
• Meridian Stretching
• Core-Strengthening
• Light Cardio through dancing, vibration
• TaiChi/QiGong
• Breathing and Meditation
• Cooling Down
