Join us for our monthly gathering for female veterans—a space to connect, recharge, and build community.
This month, we’re honored to welcome Dr. Carol Penn, who will be guiding us through a Qigong session—an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation. Qigong is designed to help cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, or "qi," supporting overall health and well-being. It's deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and offers a calm, healing experience for both body and mind.

– Lite refreshments and provisions
– Camaraderie, connection, and self-care in a supportive environment
🎖️ All female veterans are welcome! Whether this is your first gathering or you’re a regular, we’d love to see you there.
Bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one and come as you are.
