Qigong is a 5,000 year old system, which originated in China, that cultivates vital life force energy (qi) bringing body, mind, and spirit into health and balance. Through gentle movement, visualization, meditation, and intention Qigong dissolves accumulated stress and fatigue. When body and mind are relaxed, healing happens and energy is restored.
In this class you will learn these simple, yet highly effective techniques for cultivating and nourishing your own health. No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably and bring an open mind and heart!
About Melanie:
Melanie Coffey Galli is a Certified Level 1 instructor of Zhineng Qigong. She began practicing in 2019, and has since delighted in her life's intention of sharing and teaching this life changing practice. When not teaching, she enjoys nature, fancy cheese, and making gear for pro-wrestlers.
Registration is required. A signed waiver is required and provided at the time of class and one will be provided upon arrival. If you have any questions about participating in the class, check with your medical professional before signing up.
