Start the New Year with a new class. Over 6 weeks (excluding 23rd January), you can pay as you go, £7 per class.
Qiging is a gentle standing meditation combining breathwork and movement. it is suitable for all ages and abilities and chairs are available if needed.
The hour consists of 30 mins Qigong and 30 mins guided meditation.
