(Behind Med Express) in this class every Wednesday Morning at 10:30 Beginning 1/10/24, I will focus on the art of QiGong healing ❤️‍? QiGong is the healing component of Movement, Breathing and Guided Imagery. Weekly we will focus on the Energy-channels, the 5 major organs and wellness. We will practice the art of meditation in movement as you learn the art of Tai Chi… this is an hour program for $12.00 session or a packet of 6 sessions for $60.00
