In this 3-hour workshop you'll be learning 5 self-help techniques that helps your body:
✔ get-out of loops of stress (auto-pilot mode), so body can begin to heal exhaustion and burnout;
✔ calm body's defence mechanism from over-reacting;
✔ ensure the 1st line of defence (physical and chemical barriers) are working optimally. So immune-related functions aren't over-exerting itself unnecessarily;
✔ grounding technique to prevent energy from depleted too quickly, so body is able to heal energy leakage and rebuild its own healthy shield;
✔ repair olfactory system, so body can recognise true exposure to danger and threats, instead of being overly defensive !
