What’s a torus field?
It’s a donut-shaped flow of energy that spirals in, around, and out of all living things. Your heart generates the most powerful toroidal field in your body—and when consciously activated, it becomes a force for healing, clarity, and radiance. ?

Gwyn Davis is a Qigong instructor, wellness coach, and founder of Mind and Body Fitness Connections. She brings a trauma-informed approach rooted in holistic health and decades of experience in mind-body healing.
