We'll start with a gentle qi gong practice where we will harness energy from the universe, detoxify our internel organs and cultivate positive emotions.

We will learn how to breath properly so that the entire lung capacity is used. And discover the power of mantra and connect with the vibrations of the universe.

Next is a blissful hour of restorative gentle yin yoga poses blended with chakra meditations and pranayama.

Yin yoga is a transformative practice that delves deep into areas of stagnant energy, thoughts, feelings, and blockages. This practice goes beyond just addressing physical tightness; it directs energy toward chakras, releasing blocks and calming overactive centres.

There will be a little break as we refresh with a cup of herbal chai and delectable vegan treat. We'll discover how Yoga Nidra (with sound bath) can reprogram your internal software for lasting change. Leaving you refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace your inner guru.

Carla Martini

I am an experienced yoga and meditation instructor with a deep passion for helping people integrate their mind, body and spirit and lead them to discovering their inner guru. My journey includes training in Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Vipassana Meditation as well as being an accredited Yoga Nidra Facilitator in the Integrative Method of Yoga Nidra from the Amrit School of Yoga - descendant of one of the most esoteric yogic traditions of India, the path of Shaktipat Kundalini. I am currently undergoing training with Grand Master Mantak Chai in the way of the Tao.
