Join us for an experience of clarity of mind human connection and feelings of bliss.We'll be taking a somatic journey through conscious conversation, movement of our body techniques designed for body-mind integration and life-changing breathwork.
Every experience every memory every trauma is stored within our body. Our current environment is full of stimulatory input and we must allow the necessary output for our sometimes overwhelming existence.
With so much emphasis on mental health let us not forget our entire being. Our body is interconnected with our minds and when we consciously drop into our bodies we discover balance synergy and true healing.
Your facilitator provides an all-inclusive environment; a place to let go explore the internal world and truly BE in your whole being physically emotionally mentally and spiritually.
How to Be Prepared
-wear comfortable clothing for gentle body movement
-bring a pillow and a blanket for comfort during the breathwork journey
-abstain from eating at least 3 hours before attending the workshop
