Are you seeking simple, effective, body-based tools for helping your students, family, and clients deal with anxiety, stress and depression?
Qi Gong is an ancient practice designed to revitalize the body, harness the mind and regulate the nervous system.
Scientific studies show that Qi Gong:

In this all-levels training, participants will be provided with gentle foundational movements, calming mindfulness practices and a basic structure for leading a QiGong class.
