What is it?
The Qi Gong Movement Medicine sessions are drop-in style sessions that offer an opportunity for you to experience different practices within Qi Gong.
We will be exploring a range of breathing techniques, meditation styles and flow patterns to optimise health and wellbeing. Each week will be different and you never know what you might experience!
Who is it for?
These classes are for those who are unable to commit to a program and prefer a more casual style of attending a class (FIFO workers very welcome!)
