A Qigong practice for the summer focusing on cultivating the fire element, expanding our capacity to love and be loved. We will have fun with it ! Summer solstice is a beautiful time to receive the healing energy from the Universe.... plus it will be almost full moon!
We will end the practice with a relaxation at the sound of the gong and the ocean.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a towel or a blanket to lay down for the relaxation.
