In this workshop, you can practise your sense of self-movement and body position with techniques from Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung Fu. We are not going to fight. Instead, we will focus on gaining mobility strength and connecting mind and body.
While listening to soothing music, we will be practising blindfolded. We want to quieten our vision from happenings of recent days whilst gaining awareness on our other senses, mainly physical sensations. We will exercise primarily standing, but sometimes also seated. And to make things even more fun, we might add some partner exercises!
Roman himself is practising Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung Fu for about 10 years. He will be guiding in English.

No pre-knowledge required, come as you are. Put on clothes in which you feel comfortable to move in. You may also bring something to blindfold your eyes, though we will have blindfolds prepared for you.
