Ear-seed treatment and training allows us to skill-up as we do community acupressure in the tradition of the Young Lords and Black Panthers. In an "each one teach one" model, we increase access to this elegantly simple, highly effective, non-invasive treatment modality.

Learn breathwork, embodiment, and energy (qi) cultivation you can do at home and with your loved ones. These practices help us lower our cortisol and adrenaline so that we can feel safer and freer in our bodies.

In a gender-affirming and trauma-informed circle, we will follow in the footsteps of our ancestors to navigate the challenges of our time. All ages and ability levels are welcome to this gentle experience of somatic healing.
