Dive into the world of quilting with our QAYG Reversible Quilt! This super fun class allows you to finish your quilt top, quilting, and binding all in one go. Explore the unique quilt-as-you-go method and create a masterpiece with us. Join our sewing session and let's sew together for a truly enjoyable experience! Class fee here is $150 plus an in-store kit purchase of the fabric and batting for this quilt.
In Store Kit Purchase :
-- Layer Cake or 42 10" squares of fabric of your choice for front
Layer Cake or (42) 10" squares of fabrics of your choice for back
-- 50" of batting. NEED TO HAVE (42) 9" squares of batting cut and ready for 1st class.
--1 1/2 yards sashing ( can pick out during class as you will decided which side has the sashing)
--1/2 yards binding ( can pick out during class as you may want to see top finished before choosing binding
Supplies: sewing machine, scissors, coordinating thread for both piecing and quilting. Remember you will see the quilting on both sides so you might want to coordinate different colored threads for both sides.
pins and or clips, fabric marking tools, various feet for any of the decorative stitching you might choose, walking feet are great for this.
A small iron would be very helpful for class 3 as we will be doing a lot of pressing.
