About this Event

The way publications cover food is changing. With fewer non-recipe pages to fill, food stories have to work harder than ever. We'll be joined by Hannah Evans, Deputy Food Editor at The Times & Sunday Times to discuss the types of stories that newspaper editors are looking to publish at the moment, from personal food narratives to chef interviews and trend pieces. She'll also talk about the best practice for pitching and how you can make your email stand out in a journalist's inbox.

This session is a part of our Food Club. We’d love you to attend all three sessions – when booking your third ticket, you’ll be eligible for a discount. Please contact [email protected] for your discount code.

Seats are £50 and are limited to 50 PRs. Please submit a question for the journalists on the booking form – attendees will have the chance to ask follow ups during the session. Book now if you want to join us.

Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before an event. You can transfer to a different session up to 48 hours before the event (subject to availability), and delegate substitutions are accepted at any time. Please contact our event team at [email protected] for cancellation, transfer and substitution requests. Please note the line up may be subject to change. In this circumstance we will try our hardest to book in a similar journalist. If this isn't suitable, you may request a refund

A photographer and/or videographer may be present at our events, and the photographs and videos may be used to publicise future Roxhill events. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you are consenting to appear in any photographs and videos we may choose to use in future campaigns.
