Breathe, Create, and Flow is a workshop promoting well-being through mindfulness, movement, and creative expression. Participants will engage in breathing and movement exercises and craft art projects using a mindfulness approach to creating.
- March 12th-April 23rd
- Wednesdays 2pm-4pm
- Mobility Range: Workshops will include minor movement components like stretching and basic yoga asanas. Sensitivities: Arts and crafts supplies might have some smells (glue, paint, other mediums)Room will be lightly aromatic. Light refreshments will be provided.
