Explore the wonderful art of pyrography at The Seed. Learn how to use a heat tool and the many different tips used for shading, line work and blocking!
Where: The Seed Art School - Unit 3, 1A Blackbutt Road Port Macquarie
When: Friday 13th June, 6-8pm
The workshop focuses on three key areas of wood burning: transferring techniques to move art to a surface, burning techniques to work with different tool tips to outline, fill & shade your art, and finally finishing techniques to protect your work.
You will start with sketching your design on paper (or bring a printed one of your own!), transfer your design to a round 40cm wood board then turn the heat up and let the burning begin! Clear varnish spray is included.
Apron, all tools and wood included for $90. BYO food and drinks.
