Pyramid Lounge returns on July 29, 2026, bringing together artists, community members, cultural workers, and supporters for an evening where creativity, reflection, and collective expression meet under one roof.
At the heart of this gathering is Clan Supreme, serving as both host and cultural catalyst for an emerging ecosystem of artists, poets, musicians, storytellers, and community voices. More than a performance event, Pyramid Lounge is a living cultural space where Black cultural life in Montréal is documented, celebrated, and transformed into art in real time.
Through live hip hop, spoken word, conversation, and audience participation, attendees are invited to contribute words, ideas, memories, observations, and reflections that become part of a growing cultural archive. These contributions are then woven into live poetic and musical creations throughout the evening, making every participant a contributor to the artistic outcome.
Rather than maintaining a divide between performers and audience, Pyramid Lounge creates a shared environment where everyone present helps shape the experience. The result is a unique cultural record of the moment, capturing the voices, concerns, aspirations, and creativity of the community gathered together.
As the central force behind this initiative, Clan Supreme continues its commitment to developing platforms that nurture emerging talent, strengthen cultural connections, and create opportunities for artists to grow within a supportive creative network.
