Perfect for beginners to powerlifting or those who want to start competing. Learn how to compete, train, mentally prepare and eat for powerlifting with our week long Bootcamp.
Monday will have a session on Squat.
Tuesday will be a seminar on Nutrition.
Wednesday will be a session on Bench Press.
Thursday will have a seminar on Mindset.
Friday we will have a session on Deadlift.
Saturday will be a day of rest.
Sunday will be the certificates and the social!
