PWN Netherlands x Van Lanschot Kempen "GIVE to GAIN: From Intent to Impact"

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, Professional Women’s Network Netherlands and Van Lanschot Kempen warmly invite you to an afternoon of insight, dialogue, and connection.

This year’s global IWD theme, Give to Gain, invites us to reflect on how generosity at work, at home, and in our communities can become a powerful driver of progress. Women give time, knowledge, care, expertise, and emotional labour every day. Yet many still hesitate to clearly ask for what they want to gain in return. Visibility. Growth. Influence. Belonging.

This event explores how we move from good intentions to real impact. How do we create workplaces where people feel seen, safe, and connected? How do we address microaggressions, responsibility, and systemic barriers while also empowering individuals to speak up and support one another? And how do we foster genuine belonging in a time of hybrid work, rising burnout, and global uncertainty?

Through a keynote, an interactive audience moments, and a moderated panel discussion, we will look at practical ways to turn generosity into momentum and connection into change. Speaker and panel details, including titles, will be announced once confirmed.

What to expect

• A keynote with Q&A exploring the Give to Gain theme in today’s workplace
• An interactive audience exercise designed to spark meaningful connections
• A panel discussion with perspectives from corporate practice, data, and inclusion leadership
• Networking drinks and warm snacks with fellow professionals

Audience involvement
During the break, participants will be invited to take part in a short Give to Gain story exchange. You will connect with someone you have not met before and share a brief personal example of giving and gaining at work. Selected stories may be shared with the wider group afterwards.

For your name badge, you will also be asked to share:
