Putting Workshop - Friday 21st November - 1pm start.‘How much lower would your score be, if you were able to hole more short putts and in the process, eliminate 3-putts from your golf game?’
It’s the same question I have been asking golfers at the start of my putting workshop for many years now and mostly, the answers I get range from 4 to 18 shots lower (and yes, I get the answer 18 a lot) which isn’t that surprising when you consider that putting accounts for around 40% of a golfers score!
Yes, that’s right – around 40% of your score is made on the putting green.
This makes putting an extremely vital part of the game of golf but very few golfers ever putt well, simply through not having learnt the basic skills needed to be able to do it.
