Join Celeste, Crys & Shaeah for a wonderful event of Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork & A Crystal Bowl Journey followed by an optional potluck where we can connect and share yummy food.
All abilities are welcome. Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to connect with and move your body in organic and fluid ways that is non structured and free flowing. The Breathwork will continue to free up the energies that you have awakened during the dancing and the Crystal Bowl Journey will be a beautiful space to integrate it all.
