Putting Sustainability on the Menu

In partnership with Local First Arizona, this initiative aims to increase the sustainability impacts of restaurants. It provides education and promotion for restaurants interested in increasing their sustainability. Components include 1) chance to be included in an online guide to sustainable restaurants on Tucson Foodie’s website; 2) free workshops in Spanish and English, co-produced with Local First Arizona, teaching affordable changes restaurants can make to reduce water and electricity use and increase profits.
