Pushups, Pullups, & Running for Parkerville Children & Youth Care

Come join us at Strength and Motion Academy for an epic event that will make a difference! The Challenge for Children is a one-of-a-kind in-person gathering where we'll be sweating it out for a great cause. Get ready to push your limits, have fun, and help make a positive impact on the lives of children in need.

The idea is that we bring people together to challenge ourselves in support for children in need.

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a fun way to give back, this event is perfect for you.

HOW TO DO THE MOVE FOR THE KIDS CHALLENGE:
The challenge is simple. You pay an entry donation of $50, and choosing to spend the next 24 hours, 12 hours, or 6 hours straight committing to all 3 exercises:
Push
Pull
Run

Yes, breaks are allowed. Just as many reps as you think you can do within your chosen time frame.

If for any reason you cannot make any of the time categories, we have the extra special 1 hour rush. The final hour where all participants and spectators can join in on the last hour to get the total reps up.

How many total reps can we get in? I guess we'll find out.

The event with take place at Strength and Motion Academy Midvale, Western Australia Friday 20th September at 6am to 6pm. Participants must arrive early for obvious reasons.

There will be a Thank you ceremony from 6-7pm.

WHY WE DO THIS? Fitness shouldn't stand in the way of anyone. Pushups, pullups and running are some of the most therapeutic exercises for us to perform, with no requirement for equipment. This simple mentality towards fitness is something we want to encourage in people, and we use charity events to bring fulfillment and local contribution to the work that we do.
