is teaming up with once again to bring you a beginner-friendly fitness experience! Join Sarah Arnold—voted "Best Ambassador to Health and Fitness Community" by Nashville Fit Magazine—for an energizing strength workout. After class, unwind with a complimentary flagship cider and enjoy a mini energy reading with Bridget, aka The Millennial Manifester, to help you kick off 2025 with clarity and intention.

Together, we'll crush a circuit-based strength workout that hits every major muscle group. You can expect to work your upper body, lower body, plus dedicated circuits to target glutes and abs. This workout is beginner-friendly, and we'll bring modifications so you can crank things up (or down!) along the way.

Expect to get your heart rate up, sweat a little, recharge, and leave feeling balanced and ready to party. We'll bring modifications for all fitness levels, and we’re fully supportive if you're really only coming for the free cider at the end...

After the workout, we’ll roll right into snapping photos and celebrating with ciders in the taproom!

🔮 Sit with Bridget (aka The Millennial Manifester) for a mini energy reading that ranges from 10-20 minutes. She will pull cards, assess your energy, and give you guidance based on her card pull to leave you feeling excited, energized, and full of clarity to help call in the manifestations you want for yourself. All readings are positive, and those who participate will leave feeling as if their energy had a mini fall cleaning session! Readings are complimentary, and Bridget will have a Venmo tip jar if you feel so compelled.

🏡 Our friends from Oxenfree at WeHo townhomes will be hanging out to share leasing information about their incredible new community located just 1.5 miles down the street from Diskin near Geodis Park!
